The Rockland Nationals defeated the Kemptville 73’s 4–2 on Thursday night at the Rockland Arena. After a scoreless first, Brunet opened the scoring early in the second before D’Arienzo responded for Kemptville. Rockland regained control with goals from Le Houillier on the power play and Landry would later extend the lead. Ouellette brought Kemptville within one in the third, but Myloserdnyy sealed the win with a late empty-net goal. Rockland outshot Kemptville 39–26, with Newton making 24 saves, while Donovan turned aside 35 shots in the loss.
