Morning Playoff Recap | Jr Senators and Nationals victorious Tuesday

 

Ottawa, ON – In Tuesday night Bogart Cup playoff action, the Ottawa Jr Senators took a 2-0 series lead on Brockville, while the Rockland Nationals tied up their series with Carleton Place.

Adrien Bisson, Kyle Jackson, Darcy Walsh, Conor Smart, and Faisal Alsaif all found the back of the net, while Francis Boisvert made 23-saves as Ottawa took Game 2 and moved ahead 2-0 in their best of seven series against the Braves.

Sam Allison had both Brockville goals, while Liam Souliere made 25-saves in the losing effort.

Game 3 is Wednesday night in Ottawa at 7:30PM.

Nicholas Wildgoose and Cameron Scrivens tallied goals in regulation, Jack Sullivan netted double OT winner, while Joseph Giacobbo made 44-saves as Rockland tied up their series with the Canadians 1-1.

Reece Bolton and Elliot McDermott responded for Carleton Place, while Connor Murphy made 40-saves in the loss.

Game 3 goes Wednesday night in Carleton Place at 7:30PM.
