Friday Recap | Two games end in OT & two in regulation

Ottawa, Ontario – Four games were in play across the Central Canada Hockey League on Friday night.

F | Brockville Braves 5, Kemptville 73’s

Eric Faith scored a hat-trick in the Braves eighth straight win. Brockville is the first team to nine wins.

In just his first game with the Brockville Braves, Chris Brown tallied two apples. Souliere made 29 saves.

Matthew Titus scored the only goal for the 73’s. Kemptville has dropped two straight games.

F | Hawkesbury 5, Pembroke 3

The Hawks extend their winning streak to two games. Jaxon camp scored three goals and one assist for a four point night. Anderson had 1 G / 1 A while Callahan and Fournier each had two assists.

Malcolm Arseneau picked up an assist for his league leading 17th point. Taylor Egan had 1 G / 1 A in the loss. The Lumber Kings skid extends to five games.

F/OT | Nepean 5, Smiths Falls 4

Owen Dunne sent the Raiders to overtime after he tied the game in the final minutes. Geoff Dempster finished off the four point night with the overtime winner.

In the win, Alex Bourhas had three assists and Jackson Clark tallied 2 G / 1 A. Nepean has won three of their last four games.

Smiths Falls has lost five straight games. Richardson and Leeson ended the night with 1 G / 2 A.

F\OT | Rockland 2, Kanata 1

Jack Sullivan scored the overtime winner. The Rockland Nationals have won back-to-back games in overtime, not to mention that they are also 3-1-1 over their last five contests.

Luca Nocita tied the game with under two minutes left but it was not enough. The Lasers two game winning streak comes to an end.
