Final NHL Draft Rankings find two from the CCHL listed among North American players

 

Ottawa, ONNHL Central Scouting announced their final draft rankings for the upcoming NHL Draft and Wednesday which saw two players from the Central Canada Hockey League listed among the North American players.

Devon Levi from the Carleton Place Canadians moved up 9 spots from his Midterm Ranking of 17th all the way to 8th among North American goaltenders, while defenseman Tucker McIntosh from the Ottawa Jr Senators came in as the 174th ranked North American skater after not being ranked in the initial Midterm Rankings. 

Levi, who is committed to NCAA Northeastern University for next season posted a 34-2-1 record this season, while sporting a league leading 1.47 GAA, .941 SV%, and 8 shutouts. He also helped Canada East capture a Silver Medal at the World Junior A Challenge, where he was named Tournament MVP.

McIntosh, who is committed to NCAA St. Lawrence University for the 2021-22 season, finished tops among blueliners on the Jr Senators with 33 points (11G, 22A) in 55 games of action.
