RENFREW, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Renfrew Wolves are pleased to announce that 2002 born Grand Forks, ND native Joey Kennelly has committed to NCAA St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota for the 2023-24 school year.
Kennelly, who recently completed his final year of junior hockey eligibility with the Wolves, totalled 61 points (28G, 33A) in 55 games, finishing third on his club. He would add another 5 points (4G, 1A) in 10 playoff games. In 111 career combines regular season and playoff games, Kennelly registered 86 points (41G, 45A).
Prior to suiting up with the Wolves, offensive forward played for Grand Forks Central High within the USHS.
