Ottawa, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and the Navan Grads are pleased to announce defensemen Nicholas Paone has committed to NCAA Oswego State University for the 2024/25 season.
The 2003 born Niagara Falls, ON has completed three season in the CCHL, all playing for the Grads. In 28 games this season, Paone earned a total of 43-points (17G, 26A) as well helping the Grads win the first Bogart Cup in their organization’s history.
Prior to entering the Central Canada Hockey League, Paone played for the Hamilton Steel U15 AAA, Southern Tier Admirals U16 AAA and Fort Erie Meteors. During his time in the CCHL, Paone also played for the Boston Jr. Bruins, Connecticut Jr. Rangers and Colorado Grit.
