ROCKLAND, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Rockland Nationals are pleased to announce that 2002 born St-Laurent, QC native Victor Barakett has committed to NCAA SUNY Canton for the 2023-24 school year.
Barakett, who recently completed his junior hockey career with the Nationals, totalled 14 points (5G, 9A) in 21 games of action after joining the team at the trade deadline.
Prior to his time in the CCHL, he spent time in both the Alberta Junior Hockey League and British Columbia Hockey League, as well as two seasons in the USHS-Prep League.
Barakett came up through the Lac St-Louis AAA Minor Hockey program in Quebec.
