Ottawa, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Ottawa Jr Senators are pleased to announce that ‘2000 born F and 2018 NHL Draft Prospect Ethan Manderville has committed to attend Colgate University for 2019-20.
The Ottawa, ON native began the season with the Kanata Lasers but was acquired by the Jr Senators in early November where he would go on to be an integral part of their championship winning team, being a strong presence on both sides of the puck.
In 59 regular season games, Manderville posted 9 goals and totalled 30 points. He went on to add another 2 points (1G, 1A) in 15 playoff games before adding 4 points (3G, 1A) in 8 combined games in the Fred Page Cup and RBC Cup.
Manderville suited up for Team East in the CJHL Prospects Game back in January and is ranked #165 by International Scouting Services for the upcoming NHL Entry Draft being held in Dallas, TX.
The 6-4, 200 lb right-shot winger will spend one more season in the junior ranks before he makes the jump to the NCAA.
