Ottawa, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Ottawa Jr Senators are pleased to announce that forward David Berube has committed to U Sports St. Mary’s University for the 2020-21 season.
The 1999 born Price, QC native recently completed his first and only season in the CCHL, where he finished third in scoring among Jr Senators players with 46 points (20G, 26A) in 60 games of action.
Prior to his time in the CCHL, the offensive-minded forward suited up for three seasons with the Sainte-Foy Dynamiques of the QCHL.
He becomes the seventh member of the 2019-20 Jr Senators to make a college commitment, joining Tucker McIntosh (St. Lawrence), Owen Cole (UMass Lowell), Conor Smart (Oswego State), Faisal Alsaif (Williams), Bailey Brandt (Lake Forest), and Christophe Cote (Brock).
