Commitment Alert | Hawks Sebastien Paquette commits to NCAA SUNY Canton

The Central Canada Hockey League and Hawkesbury Hawks are pleased to announce that defenseman Sebastien Paquette has committed to NCAA Division 3 SUNY Canton for the 2020-21 season.

The 1999 born Montreal, QC native recently completed his lone season in the CCHL where he totaled 11 points (2G, 9A) in 47 games of action.

Prior to his time with the Hawks, Paquette spent two seasons in the Quebec circuit, suiting up for the Montreal-Est Rangers, Lac St-Louis Revolution, and Valleyfield Braves. In 156 career games of CJHL action, the defensive defenseman totaled 48 points (6G, 42A).

Paquette becomes the fifth member of the 2019-20 Hawks to make a college commitment, joining Azzaro Tinling (Vermont), Luke Grainger (Western Michigan), Patrick Callahan (Bowdoin), and Zach Johnson (Minot State).
