HAWKESBURY, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Hawkesbury Hawks are pleased to announce that 2001 born Dorval, QC native Kerfalla Toure has committed to NCAA Elmira College.
Toure, who recently completed his final season of junior hockey, finished with 37 points (23G, 14A) in 40 games of action split between the Hawks and Carleton Place Canadians. He went on to add another 15 points (10G, 5A) in 15 postseason games with the Hawks during their run to the Bogart Cup finals.
Over the course of his three seasons in the league, Toure amassed 79 points (41G, 38A) in 107 combined regular season and playoff games.
Prior to his time in the CCHL, Toure came up through the Lac St-Louis Lions AAA hockey program.
