The Central Canada Hockey League and Navan Grads are pleased to announce that forward Wil Murray has committed to U Sports Royal Military College for the 2020-21 season.
The 2000 born Orleans, ON native recently completed his final season of junior hockey with the Grads, where he totaled 31 points (8G, 23A) in 61 games of action. In 187 career combined regular season and playoff match-ups, the two-way forward totaled 80 points (30G, 50A).
Prior to his time with the Grads, Murray played in the CCHL2 with the Clarence Castors (2016-17) and Navan Grads U18 of HEO U18 AAA (2015-16).
He becomes the ninth member of the 2019-20 Grads to make a college/university commitment, joining Alex Robert (Queens University), Andrew Gunlock (Tufts University), Alex Wisco (Amherst College), Quinton Fox (Amherst College), Alex Aslanidis (Western Michigan University), Tristan Francis (Oswego State University), and Jackson Arcan (Oswego State University who all make the jump this fall, as well as Gabriel Crete who is committed to Colgate University for 2022-23.
