Ottawa, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Navan Grads are pleased to announce that defenseman Ryan Wilson has committed to NCAA Division 3 Amherst College for the 2019-20 season.
The 1999 born San Diego, CA native recently completed his first and final season with the Grads, where he totaled 14 points (2G, 12A) in just 25 games, after being acquired from the BCHL’s Wenatchee Wild in early December. He went on to add another 3 points in 4 playoff games.
“Ryan is a very skilled and elite defenseman,” said Grads Head Coach and General Manager Marty Abrams. “We were fortunate when he came to our program and we are very proud of his recent commitment to Amherst College. We wish him all the best moving forward.
Amherst College is located in Amherst, MA, and plays out of the NCAA Division 3 New England Small College Athletic Conference.
