Ottawa, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Cornwall Colts are pleased to announce that Alec Taillon has committed to NCAA Division 3 Wentworth Institute of Technology where he will suit up for their hockey program for the 2019-20 season.
The 1998 born Terrebonne, QC native completed his final year of junior hockey this past season between the Cornwall Colts and Hawkesbury Hawks. In 54 games of action, he tallied 13 goals and finished with 23 points. In 127 career regular season and playoff games between the Colts, Hawks, as well as the Kemptville 73’s, he totaled 64 points (35G, 29A).
Prior to his time in the CCHL, Taillon played for Bishop’s College Prep of the Prep School Hockey Federation (PSHF).
