Ottawa, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Carleton Place Canadians are pleased to announce that goaltender Connor Murphy has committed to attend NCAA Northeastern University for the 2019-20 season.
The 1998 born Hudson Falls, NY native is in his first season of CCHL hockey and holds a record of 16-3-2 with a 2.09 GAA, .916 SV% and 2 Shutouts.
He recently helped the CCHL Robinson Division capture the 2018 Eastern Canada Cup in Trenton, ON. In the event he went 2-1-0 with a 1.67 GAA, .924 SV% and picked up a Shutout in the Championship Game against Quebec.
Murphy will finish his season with Carleton Place before joining the Huskies at Northeastern this coming fall.
