Commitment Alert | Braves Fred Allaire commits to NCAA Hamilton College

Ottawa, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and Brockville Braves are pleased to announce that forward Fred Allaire has committed to NCAA Hamilton College for the 2019-20 season.

The 1998 born Mascouche, QC native recently finished his final year of junior hockey where he totaled 40 points (25G, 15A) in 59 games before adding another 2 assists in 9 playoff match-ups. In 141 career games of CCHL action, Allaire totaled 66 points (35G, 31A).

“I had a blast my last two years in Brockville,” said Allaire. “I think my game improved a lot, greatly because of the coaching staff. I had a great relationship with the coaches and they always brought the best out of me. I had the chance to play in a winning organization where people craved winning, where people did not accept losing, and where only our very best was owed everyday. Unfortunately, both years I spent in Brockville did not end how we wanted but I am glad I got to spend my junior years with great groups of guys. Now I am lucky enough to continue my hockey career at Hamilton College where I will study economics. I am stoked about my commitment because, to me, Hamilton is the real deal. I get to study in a great educational institution and keep playing hockey at a high level. I know I can’t go wrong with Hamilton and I can not wait to get started in late august.”

Prior to his time in the CCHL, Allaire spent two seasons at Wyoming Seminary of the United States High School Preparatory league.
