ESTEVAN, SK – The Ottawa Junior Senators got into the win column in perfect fashion Monday afternoon as they blanked the Soo Thunderbirds.

Simon Isabelle scored twice, Isaac Landry and Vincent Velocci scored singles, while William Desmarais made 15-saves for the shutout as Ottawa got their first win of the Centennial Cup and eliminated the Soo Thunderbirds from the tournament.
Ottawa is next in action Wednesday at 2:00PM ET when the take on the Summerside Western Capitals from the Maritime Hockey League.
