CCHL Recap | Raiders, Braves, and Grads victorious Sunday

 

OTTAWA, ON – Three games of CCHL action on Sunday saw victories from the Nepean Raiders, Brockville Braves, and Navan Grads.

 

F | NEPEAN 4 SMITHS FALLS 1

Coleman Bennett, Joshua Reid, Owen Hardy, and Jack Matsukubo tallied goals, while Luca Sandu made 29-saves as Nepean improved to 4-12-0-2 on the season. Smiths Falls, who fell to 14-6-0-1, had their lone goal from Riley Thompson, while Dawson Labre made 28-saves in the loss.

 

F | BROCKVILLE 5 CARLETON PLACE 2

Jake Laville, Luke Tchor, Liam Reid, Matt Harvey, and Zach Biniaris found the back of the net, while Sami Molu made 31-saves as Brockville improved their season record to 10-10-0-0. Carleton Place, who fell to 10-7-0-1, had goals from Gino Colangelo and Dylan Pollock, while Joe Chambers made 19-saves in the loss.

 

F | NAVAN 4 PEMBROKE 1

Max Donohoe, Blake Butler, Colin MacDougall, and Gabriel Crete scored, while Braedyn McIntosh made 25-saves as Navan improved to 14-5-2-0. Pembroke, who dropped to 5-12-0-1, had their lone goal from Lucas Legault, while Ben Forget made 39-saves in the losing effort.
