CCHL Recap | Four Games Across CCHL Region Friday

 

OTTAWA, ON – There were four games of CCHL action on Friday night which saw victories coming from Brockville, Renfrew, Smiths Falls, and Navan.

 

F | BROCKVILLE 6 KEMPTVILLE 2

Jake Laville and Lucas Culhane scored two goals apiece, Trent Ledrew and Colin Elliott also found the back of the net, while Sami Molu made 29-saves as Brockville improved to 9-10-0-0 on the season. Kemptville, who fell to 6-9-3-0, had goals from Mathew Yakubowski and Emile Trottier in the loss.

 

F | RENFREW 5 HAWKESBURY 1

Jace Letourneau, Tyson Tomasini, Noah Vom Scheidt, Elvis Slack, and Brody Simpson tallied goals, while Sebastian Rear made 21-saves as Renfrew improved on the season to 10-6-1-1. Hawkesbury, who fell to 10-6-1-3, had their lone goal from Jeremy Tremblay, while Dimitri Pelekos made 25-saves in the loss.

 

F | SMITHS FALLS 5 CARLETON PLACE 1

Garrett Joss scored twice, Thomas Gangl, Finnegan Kilmurray, and Owen Watson added singles, while Will McEvoy made 34-saves as Smiths Falls improved to 14-5-0-1 on the season. Carleton Place, who fell to 10-6-0-1, had their lone goal from Gino Colangelo, while Jackson Pundyk made 35-saves in the losing effort.

 

F | NAVAN 3 ROCKLAND 1

Cameron Vassos, Owen Parsons, and Cayden Faust scored goals, while Braedyn McIntosh made 31-saves as Navan improved their season record to 13-5-2-0. Rockland, who dropped to a record of 8-8-1-2, had their lone goal from Nicolas White, while Hadyn Gould made 23-saves in the loss.
