CCHL Recap | Four Game Sunday Across Region

 

OTTAWA, ON – Four games of CCHL action on Sunday saw victories from Ottawa, Hawkesbury, Brockville, and Nepean.

 

F | OTTAWA 7 KEMPTVILLE 2

Mickael Hebert scored twice, Sam Grabner, Anton Sorensen, James Taylor, Chase Lammi, and Mathis Bedard scored singles, while Connor Shibley 21-saves as Ottawa improved to 29-5-3-1 on the season. Kemptville, who fell to 13-17-4-1, had goals from Nicholas Bennett and Emile Trottier, while Alex Musielak made 50-saves in the loss.

 

F | HAWKESBURY 4 CARLETON PLACE 2

Jakson Kirk scored twice, Landon Brownlee and Aidan Stubbings also scored, while Dimitri Pelekos made 22-saves as Hawkesbury improved to 20-11-3-3. Carleton Place, who fell to 21-12-0-2, had goals from Gino Colangelo and Caton Ryan, while Jackson Pundyk finished with 21-saves in the loss.

 

F | BROCKVILLE 3 NAVAN 1

Kowin Bolstering, Kyle Powers, and Colin Elliott tallied goals, while Sami Molu made 43-saves as Brockville improved to 17-15-3-1 on the year. Navan, who dropped to a record of 24-10-3-0, had their lone goal from Blake Butler, while Robert Andreakos made 26-saves in the loss.

 

F | NEPEAN 8 PEMBROKE 6

Nicholas Larkin and Curtiss Sturgeon scored two goals apiece, Owen Hardy, Joshua Reid, Jack Matsukubo, and Luke Posthumus also scored, while Joshua Branton made 42-saves as Nepean improved to 9-24-1-3. Pembroke, who fell to 8-23-2-1, had two goals from Pratt Stetson, and singles from Cam Hicklin, Sacha Trudel, Vital Dinis, and Nathan Duck in the loss.
