The Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL) is pleased to announce the Corporate Hype/CCM Player of the Week is Reid Murphy of the Hawkesbury Hawks. Reid played a major role in the Hawks going 2-0 with wins over the Nepean Raiders and a road win over the Carleton Place Canadians who are 3rdranked Jr. A team in Canada. The Hawkesbury forward collected five (1G, 4A) points, in on half the teams scoring and earning a third game star. The Stittsville, ON native is starting to find his scoring touch accumulating 14 (2G, 12A) points in his last eight games helping keep the Hawks 3rd in the Robinson division.
