Ottawa, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League and the Smiths Falls Bears are pleased to announce that forward Luka Benoit has committed to USports Queen’s University for the 2026-27 season.
The 2005-born Ottawa, ON, CAN, native was in his third season in the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL) and first with the Smiths Falls Bears after being acquired at the trade deadline from Nepean. Benoit scored 67 points in 55 games played (32G, 35A) in the regular season before scoring 14 points in 13 playoff games (10G, 4A).
