Ottawa scored three unanswered goals in the first period and two in the second for their 35th win of the year. 

Finn Evans had three points (2G/1A) for his first three point game of the season. He also gets his first two goal game since November 11th against Rockland. Owen Guy also scored two goals for his for his 5th multi-goal contest of the season and his second in his last two games. Guy now has 21 goals on the year becoming the 10th player to reach the 20 goal mark this season. 

In the loss, Cornwall has their two game win streak snapped and are 2-2 since the break. Pogue and Mulhearn each score. 

F/OT | Rockland 3, Kanata 2

After Kanata was leading Rockland 2-1 after two, the Nationals tied the game late in the third and picked up their 2nd overtime victory of the year. 

Blanchette scored the overtime winning goal for his 22nd goal of the season. He is now three goals shy of his career high of 25 goals in a season that was set in the QCHL last year. The Nationals are now 3-1 since the break and have won two straight games. 

In the loss, Jack Quinn becomes the first rookie this season to reach the 20 goal mark. He had now scored a goal in his previous three games before tonight. Kanata has now recorded at least a point in 14 consecutive games and are 10-0-4 during that time.
