Saturday Playoff Recap | Braves stay alive, take Game 5 in OT

With their backs against the wall, the Brockville Braves were able to make a late comeback, and find the net in overtime to keep their season alive on Saturday night.

Zac McMahon was the OT hero, Justin Evenson made 51 saves as Brockville defeated the Ottawa Jr Senators 5-4.

On the scoresheet, Philippe Gilmour finished with 4 points (2G, 2A) for the Braves, while McMahon (1G, 1A), Eric Faith (1G, 1A), and Jordi Jefferson (1G) also scored.

For the Jr Sens Nick Lalonde had a big game with 4 points (2G, 2A), while Gabriel Morin (1G, 1A), Ethan Manderville (1G), and Danny Pion (1G) found the net as well. Connor Hicks finished with 25 saves in the Ottawa net.

Game 6 goes Tuesday night in Brockville at 7:30PM.
