David Jankowski named CJHL’s 2nd Star for December

Ottawa, Ontario – The Central Canada Hockey League is proud to announce that Hawkesbury Hawks forward and captain, David Jankowski, has been named the CJHL’s 2nd star for the month of December.

Jankowski, 20, was able to amass 12 goals and 7 assists during the December month. He currently sits on top of the scoring charts of the CCHL with 28 goals and 34 assists so far in the season.  He is currently a St. Lawrence University NCAA Division I commit.

“Being recognized for something like this is a big honour. I have had the chance to play with some amazing teammates this season, and we have been fortunate enough to have some success” said Jankowski upon hearing of his accomplishment. 

Jankowski will be leading the Hawks back on the ice this Friday as the Hawks take on the Ottawa Junior Sens at the Robert Hartley Arena. Puck drop is at 7:30pm.
